She was born in 1982. In 1999, she laid the foundations of her profession by graduating from Antalya İsmet İnönü Girls Vocational High School in Ready-to-Wear department. After successfully graduating from the department of Ready-to-Wear Fashion Design at Dokuz Eylül University, she worked as a modelist, stylist, internal planning, external planning and production manager for 10 years in an exporting company in Antalya. In 2010, she founded her own workshop called Elifim Sewing and Design. She prepared the collections of many designers and companies.
At the same time, she continues to serve as personalized design and sewing. In 2018, Serpil Dinç established her brand and opened Elifim Fashion Design showroom where her own designs are offered for sale. She has a store on many online sales platforms. In addition to evening and cocktail dresses and evening dresses, there are also sportswear and casual wear, snow and ski collections.
She participated in Antalya Fashion Week 2020 with her own brand and her first collection.
